In September 2024, our SHORE project, alongside its sister projects BlueLightS and ProBleu — all funded under the EU Mission “Restore our Ocean and Waters by 2030″—will be launching funding calls specifically for schools involved with the Network of European Blue Schools (NEBS) or those interested in joining. These funding opportunities are designed to enhance water and ocean literacy, aligning with the Mission’s objectives and expanding the Network of European Blue Schools.
To support teachers in navigating these funding calls, understanding their specific requirements, and choosing the best option, the NEBS Secretariat is hosting a webinar. Scheduled for 9 October at 18:00 CEST, the webinar will feature representatives from all three projects who will present their calls and provide guidance on the application process. This is an excellent opportunity for schools to learn how to secure funding for projects that promote environmental stewardship within their communities.
