SHORE’s 2nd Open Call: Announcement of results!
Blue education is making waves, congratulations to all selected schools!
It is with great pleasure that we’re revealing the names of the schools and their projects selected for the second SHORE Open Call, which closed on 21 November 2024.
30 projects have been selected to expand and broaden ocean and water literacy from an impressive pool of over 181 submitted projects!
Run by schools from Türkiye, Greece, Austria, Italy, Romania, France and Hungary, the selected proposals represent a diverse range of activities across five themes:
- Marine activities
- Biodiversity
- Hazardous substances and marine litter
- Climate change
- Sustainable use of water resources
These initiatives, which embody SHORE’s mission to empower students as agents of change, will are officially launched in February and will run for up to six months.
