SHORE’s second open call is closed!

Congratulations to all applicants for submitting your blue projects!

These are some of the key metrics from the submission phase:

• 181 applications submitted
• 22 different countries represented, including:
  • 100 projects in the Mediterranean Sea region
  • 48 projects in the Black Sea region
  • 16 projects in the Baltic Sea region
  • 15 projects in the Danube River region
  • 2 projects in the Rhine River region
• The following topics are addressed by the schools*:
  • 55 projects on Sea-based activities
  • 85 projects on Hazardous substances and marine litter
  • 108 projects on Biodiversity
  • 66 projects on Climate change
  • 71 projects on the Sustainable use of water resources

* Some projects address several topics
