How can you become an evaluator?

Interested in playing a role in the SHORE project? Consider becoming a Blue Project evaluator. Your involvement will be valuable in evaluating primary and secondary school projects aimed at promoting ocean conservation and sustainability.

The pool of evaluators will gather a set of recognized experts in the domain of SHORE – Open Call #1 selected through an open process to ensure transparent and consistent evaluation of the applications.

The evaluation of each project proposal will be carried out by a panel of 2 external evaluators.

Who are we looking for?

External evaluators should have the following skills:

  • a university-level degree certified by a diploma or other document with the same legal value issued by the authorities of the State of domicile or residence

  • very good command of English language (written, spoken)

  • computer skills

and meet the following requirements

What’s in it for you?

  • Play an essential role in the selection of the most promising schools projects implementing activities related to open schooling, blue economy and water and ocean literacy

  • Be reimbursed for time and effort based on the number of applications evaluated (minimum number to be agreed), with each application corresponding to a value of €25 considering all the services required.

  • Take part in the implementation of a multinational environmentally-friendly project

  • Connect with professionals, educators, and environmental enthusiasts as they collaborate on a project that aims to foster sustainability and ocean literacy
