The fourth Mission Arena will be held in Sopot, Poland on 28-29 April 2025. This special event dedicated to the ocean is co-organised by BlueMissionBANOS and the Sustainable Blue Economy Partnership, with a special focus on the Baltic and North Sea regions.

Workshop 1: Shaping Future Blue Leaders: Educating Youth for Innovation and a Sustainable Blue Economy

This interactive workshop will highlight the importance of building skills and knowledge in the younger generationto support the EU’s sustainability and blue economy growth objectives. Workshop 2: Citizen Engagement Strategies in Mission Ocean: Appraisal and Next Phase

To encourage public involvement, the European Commission has set ten specific citizen engagement targets within the framework of Mission Ocean. This workshop will explore citizen engagement strategies at both regional (South Baltic) and European (Mission Ocean projects including BlueMissionBANOS) levels.
