The 2025 edition of the Black Sea Common Maritime Agenda Stakeholder Conference will take place in Constanța, Romania, on 28 October 2025.

Organised by the Ukrainian CMA Coordination, this in-person event will take the form of a dynamic forum featuring interactive sessions, discussions, and networking opportunities.

The Conference aims to bring together key stakeholders from across the region to foster dialogue, build partnerships, promote collaboration, and share best practices for the development of a sustainable and resilient Blue Economy in the Black Sea.
